Rent and service charges must be paid on the date stipulated in the contract. Rent is due on the first day of each month at the latest.
You will be sent a notice of due date specifying the amount of rent and service charges to be paid. Once payment has been received, you will receive a rent receipt.
In the event of late payment, the first step is to inform us as soon as possible by e-mail at info@qasa.fr.
We will then make the necessary reminders to regularize the situation. If the rent is still not paid within a few weeks, we'll send you a formal notice. If you still haven't paid, we'll take legal action.
