Once you've signed the lease, it's important to note that you're committed for the duration of the lease.
As a tenant, you have the option of terminating the lease at any time, provided you comply with the formalities and notice period stipulated in article 15 of Law no. 89-462 of July 6, 1989.
In the case of unfurnished property, a notice period of 1 month applies in zones with high rental demand, and 3 months in zones without.
