2. Contact our support team at Qasa for information on the status of your case. We'll be able to provide you with further information and help you through the process.
3. Please bear in mind that Mila generally needs 6 working hours to analyze the files of prospective tenants. If you have not yet received a reply, your file may still be being processed.
