Our partner insurer Mila does not cover :
Dwellings where the tenant is the owner's spouse (married or civil union), cohabitee, ascendant or descendant.
With the exception of the above cases, Mila covers all tenants. To do so, the tenant must obtain financial certification following analysis of his or her file.
Your prospective tenant's file will be examined after he or she has submitted an online application when signing the lease. If Mila validates your prospective tenant's solvency conditions and effort rate, your loved one can then be certified, confirming the validity of the lease.
