You will find below the solvency criteria required by the insurance company.
Stable income: Effort ratio 40%.
Permanent employee (including trial period), Civil servant, Self-employed, Retired, Liberal profession and Independent profession.
Other income: Effort rate 25%.
Employee on a fixed-term or temporary contract lasting more than 6 months, job seeker with a minimum of 12 months' remaining entitlement, intermittent entertainer.
Guarantors: 33% effort rate
Only students or apprentices can benefit from a guarantor.
If there is more than one guarantor, each must earn at least 2 times the rent, including charges.
In addition to income from a professional activity and retirement pensions, the following incomes are taken into account: 13th month, overtime, property income, alimony, pensions, housing allowances, AF, AAH, ASI, ASPA, ASF, AEEH, widow's pension or allowance, disability pension.
The minimum wage (net before tax) to be earned according to the required effort rate is calculated as follows:
Rent including charges / 0.4 (for an effort level of 40%, for example).
